Waco Foster Dog(s) Blog: Thursday is D-Day!

I am Aggie...

My foster mom says I'm not 100% dachshund, but she said she doesn't care because I'm so sweet.

I don't hear much, but I love people and giving kisses. I'm also on a D-I-E-T. Not sure what that means, but it doesn't sound good. Foster mom said the dachshund part is the food lovin' part.

I came home by way of a kill shelter in Lawton, OK. A really nice lady got me out of there and brought me to Wichita Falls, but the shelter there couldn't place me. So, my days were numbered.

Then foster mom and dad stepped in, and I'm in Waco. And I was told I could be here however long I need to be. I have good food, blankets, dog buddies and cats (who aren't buddies yet).

**sigh** It's so nice to be safe and loved and cared for again.

I am Penny.

I'm a beautiful redhead that my Foster Mom says will make someone an outstanding companion.

I just got s-p-a-y-e-d, and I'm supposed to be in line for some kind of worm treatment. Heart thingies. I need to get rid of them so I'll have even MORE heart to give to my humans!

I really love people, and I'm a very, very happy girl. Foster Mom and Dad say I can stay here as long as I want, but I do hope I can find me my forever home. I promise I'll be good and love you SOOOOOO much!
