This Friday, July 29, we're going to have our home visit. This should be one of the last steps before knowing whether we qualify to be a foster parent for All Texas Dachshund Rescue.
I can't tell you how excited I am. Our permanent foster dog, Elvis, had surgery this past Friday, and we're wanting to be sure that all is progressing well with him before we step into a new foster situation. Actually, I want to get his stitches out before bringing in another foster dog, but that shouldn't be too much of a hold up.
The blog design will undergo some changes once the approval goes through. And of course once our new foster dog comes in, he/she will be the feature of the blog.
