It does look like this time, a new foster dog will be coming in.
The last time I thought that, the little girl actually got adopted into her forever home...and there's not a thing in the world wrong with that!
But this time, it does look like a new foster dog will make it to Waco. Should be this Sunday.
If you take a look up at the top left, you'll see a photo of Alma. She was walking the streets in a city in Oklahoma, and was picked up and taken to a kill shelter. Pulled by a very nice lady from Wichita Falls, who volunteers with Chihuahua Rescue and Transport, she contacted ATDR to see if a foster situation could be set up.
Well, since Randall and I foster seniors, Linne got in touch with me. We've been looking to bring in another foster (four dogs is our limit, and we'll be there once Alma comes in), and Alma is a needy old lady. Deaf as a post, she should be here Sunday.
Once things settle a bit, I'll get more photos and do a proper intro for her here.
